1. Check your eligibility
Ensure your company meets the eligibility criteria to apply for ESA BIC Lithuania and has a proven space connection in any of the following categories:
a) upstream space connection;
b) downstream space connection; c) technology transfer. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at info@esabic.lt.
ESA BIC Lithuania will help determine if your business idea is suitable for incubation, elaborate on the requirements for applicants and provide more information about the incubation program.
Download and read the application forms and supporting documents. Ensure that you review and understand the requirements (refer to the checklist in the Cover Letter template). If you have any questions, please contact ESA BIC Lithuania team for clarification before starting your application.
Fill in and sign your application ensuring all required documents are complete: Cover Letter, Business Plan, Incubation Proposal, and Appendices. Make sure all mandatory sections in the application templates are filled out, and the Cover Letter is signed by majority shareholders/founders. Send your draft at least 1 week before the cut-off date so that you could get feedback and increase your chances of being selected!
5. Submit application
Send the complete document package to info@esabic.lt with the subject line "ESA BIC Lithuania Application - [Company Name]" before the announced cut-off date. Don't wait untill the last minute - applications sent after the deadline won't be accepted.
